3D Printable Files - STL format for FDM and SLA printing. A link to the files will be delivered to the email address used at checkout. 3D files are for personal use only, commercial use or distribution is not allowed.
Hardware Kit - Recommended purchase with the printing files. Includes all electronics and hardware necessary for the build, along with a visual build guide.
Unfinished Kit - Every component needed to make your own prop, the parts will have supports removed but will need post processing. Includes hardware kit and visual build guide.
Finished prop - A completed prop. Fully painted and ready put the Oldest House into lockdown.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt only if the item is proven to be defective or damaged during shipping.
Proof Required: Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or shipping damage before a return or refund is authorized.
Approval: Once approved, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Replacement Parts
If a part is missing or damaged, we can provide replacement parts.
Exclusions
No Returns or Refunds for Kits and 3D Printing Files: Kit versions of props are final sale. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
