From initial design work to final fabrication, we develop custom robotic systems, industrial controls, and specialized tooling for the most unusual manufacturing challenges.   • Mechanism to control traffic on partially closed roadways.

  • Mounted on a trailer, towed by a truck, operated by a person using a controller.

  • Annual orders of 30-45 assemblies.

  • Custom designed sheet metal assembly.

    • Sheet metal cut and bent by NewEra Sheet Metal.

    • Powder Coating by Performance Powdercoating.

  • 3D printed components in SLS PA12 and FDM printed ASA.

  • Controls designed and initial assembly designed by ACI inc.

  • Custom controls panel built and integrated in house.

  • Fabrication and testing completed in house.

  • Cast urethane rubber handles with a tool steel core to manually lift a heavy themed assembly at a theme park.

  • The handles were cast using Smooth-On Smooth Cast 60D Urethane Rubber.

  • The mold was custom printed using FDM PLA and Formlabs Grey V4 Resin.

Pneumatic Prop Grenade Launchers

  • Functional props to resemble a grenade launcher for a stage show.

  • Designed to build up fog in the barrel and then expel it out the front with compressed air and lighting effects.

  • We took existing airsoft grenade launchers and retrofitted them with custom designed 3D-printed and machined aluminum components.

  • We incorporated both FDM-printed PETG-CF and ASA components in addition to Formlabs Tough 2000 V2 resin.

  • The electronics and pneumatics were designed in house and contained cleanly and conveniently all within the retrofitted rotating cylinder.
